The Scourge have won a homeland. Keeping it will take more than claws and ambition.

With Bastion still rising from its ruins and Vallyrian forces raiding the western border, Slate needs defenses strong enough to survive the next war. The Oathbound Confederacy’s stoneshapers could give him exactly that.

But their gifts come with obligations. And when those obligations clash with Slate’s plans, Ordan’s avatar arrives to collect.

Now stone can become a weapon beneath the Scourge’s feet, fortifications offer little protection, and every soldier sent east leaves the west more exposed. Slate must evolve, forge his growing faction into an army, and break the siege before his enemies tear apart everything he has built.
